Castle Pines Bath Remodels

These bathrooms were an adventure! c2Design was contacted because the homeowners were tired of the dated, cold bathroom and wanted a change. After gutting the whole space except for the tub in the master bath, we changed everything from inside the walls to under the floors.

The homeowners expressed that in the winter especially, the space was so cold getting out of the shower. After opening up the walls and finding very little insulation, we filled those walls up with new insulation so that the heat could stay in the area. As an added bonus before we laid the ceramic 18x18" floor tile, we put down a in floor heating system for additional comfort.  This made all the difference in the world. Those additions along with a neutral color palette and some plumbing relocations, we were able to open up the space and make it feel warm and fresh. With the selection of a rich jewel tone color palette with variety of tile shapes, colors, and textures we turned this carpeted bathroom in a true master retreat.

MASTER BATH
Before
After- We love the combination of all of the different tile sizes and textures that help to cease depth in the is gorgeous space.
Before
After- We designed this 3 tiered custom vanity with granite top. The height variation break ups the long vanity area and give the opportunity for additional storage.
After- moving the shower plumbing we were able to open up the space, enlarge the shower by several inches, and make the space look seamless.
After- The custom seamless glass shower enclosure helps to keep the space open and showcase the beautiful tile selections.
After-Detail of the slate and glass mosaic accent band
After - Another great view of the custom vanity and gorgeous bronzed lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus.
GUEST BATH
The guest bath needed a facelift as well so we chose a ceramic "wood look" plank flooring complimented by a decorative mosaic tile band to give this space a fresh new look. We especially love the granite top vanity with coordinating mirrors from Home Depot. The granite complimented by the great brushed nickel finish of the hardware and lighting fixture make for a chic, causal guest bath.
