Sherman Street Condo Refresh

I was contacted by a young professional who had been living in the new ultra-modern condo and felt like it was lacking personality. Like most young professionals, (myself included) we tend to collect over the years, and once we get our own place it becomes a mismatch of a little of everything.  This is how this project started. After putting complete trust in me and my design vision, we turned her place into a comfortable, stylish living space. We started with a little paint, added a lot of accessories and artwork and finished with a few new furniture pieces here and there.

For her home she really wanted a fun, whimsical vibe with also touches of sophistication that she could grow with.

By adding punches of color and a warmer field color throughout, the whole space feels much more contemporary and fresh.

She had a lot of great larger pieces of furniture to work with, so by relocating and adding additional pieces, we were able to freshen up the space and make it more functional for her and her lifestyle.

LIVING ROOM:

For this space we left the sectional and TV but started fresh. New paint, accessories, throw pillows, lamps, rug, coffee and end table and a large gallery wall of new art turned this space into a fabulous space to relax after a long day at the office.

BEDROOM:

In this cozy space we used her existing furniture and arrangement but painted the walls and ceiling as well as added bedding, artwork, a chair, a side table and accessories.

MASTER BATH:

For this gorgeous spa of a master bath we really didn't have to do much. Just a few accent walls and new mirrors and some accessories made this space come together nicely.

What do you think?
